HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES ad 1) Prerequisites: official diploma of tourism/HAK College Duration: 2 semesters Option: part-time Language: English Target group: The programme is designed for graduates of 2-year tourism/business colleges. European University and ITM are convinced that the combination of the practical education of a college with the theoretical and analytical training of an academic programme offers the best possible preparation to enter a variety of managerial positions in international and local business. College graduates enter the 3rd year and obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration that gives them a jump start in the international market place. ad 2) Prerequisites: HAK graduates Duration: 4 semesters Option: fulltime and part-time Language: English Target group: HAK graduates who would like to top their certificate with a BBA in International Management in a short time of studies. HAK graduates enter the 2nd study year. ad 3) Prerequisites: high school diploma Duration: 6 semesters Option: fulltime Language: English Target group: High school graduates who would like to discover the exciting world of international tourism and management. The programme combines the practical education of a vocational college with the theoretical and analytical training of an academic programme. First, students complete the ITM 4-semester study programme in “Event Mangement", "Hospitality & Tourism Management” or “Wellness and Spa Management”. After successful completion, they receive the Austrian state diploma, the business licence for the hotel industry, gastronomy and travel agency which enables them to set up their own business. With the diploma, they automatically qualify for the bachelor programme in “International Management” which lasts another 2 semesters. |
Job description and job opportunitiesThe programme is designed to prepare students to enter a variety of managerial positions in international and local business.
Students with prior education in tourism may gain higher management positions the hotel and leisure sector. As tourism is the fastest growing economic sector worldwide, graduates have excellent career opportunities. |

The popular health resort is famous for its beautiful scenery, mild climate and hot springs and offers ample opportunities for leisure activities.
